How can I make an address change or change to my order? 

All orders except for custom orders are processed within our system in 30 minutes to 1 hour from placing order & CAN'T be changed after that timeframe. 

When will my order process?

Please allow 3-5 business days for orders to process. (Does not include the weekend) You will then receive tracking information via email. If you did not receive an email, please check your spam folder & verify the email you provided is correct. 

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping takes up to 7-12 business days (Does not include the weekend). Custom nameplates ships in to 3-5 weeks.

Order tracking status has not updated?

Due to overloads at post offices across the country(Covid-19 Pandemic), it can take up to 6 days or longer for order tracking statuses to update within USPS system. Thank you for your understanding and patience. 

How will I know when my order has been shipped?

You will be notified throughout the order process regarding your order, please add your email or phone number to the order page if you would like shipping updates.

My tracking number shows delivered, but didn't receive my package?

Certified Drip is not liable for lost or missing packages once the tracking status shows it has been delivered. Please contact USPS, your mail carrier, neighbors, mail room and apartment building manager before contacting us. We're also not responsible for incorrect addresses provided at checkout. 

Return policy?

NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS are allowed at this time to due to COVID-19. Please look at size guide under product photos to ensure you order your accurate sizing.

Why was my order Refunded? 

ALL FLAGGED ORDERS will be refunded immediately after purchase. For the safety of our business and to ensure orders aren’t fraud.

All of our products are created with high quality technology, using 18k & 24k real Gold plated materials. All jewelry is hypoallergenic. 

Are these real diamonds?

How to properly care for your jewelry?

All of are items should be kept dry. Avoid direct contact of any fragrances, perfumes, colognes. Etc. You can use a soft cloth to keep jewelry clean. When your products are not being used, store them in your box/dust bag provided.
